To order
Order by simply choosing an item from the collections and click on the
"Buy" button.
Follow the directions and fill in all of the required items.
After submitting your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation
that will Include your information and my contact information for any questions or
concerns you may have.
To pay
I currently accept credit card payments through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account.
I will also gladly accept a personal check, money order or cashier’s
check for U.S. orders.
Shipping
Again, I have researched my best shipping options to guarantee that you
receive your merchandise.
I ship all of my orders to my sister's shop in Decatur, Texas (Kattz
Cottage). From Decatur, my sister ships for me within the US. I have
chosen to ship this way because I cannot insure jewelry from Mexico
using the Mexican Postal System. Once your item arrives in Decatur,
everything is insured and everything is track-able. Items are shipped in
pretty ribbon wrapped gift boxes that are carefully enclosed in a bubble
wrapped envelope. total shipping from Mexico to you may take 2 to 3
weeks. Your shipping cost of $5 per item includes insurance.
I do not make any money off of the shipping fees I charge.
If the item does not arrive in Decatur, the loss is mine, it is not
yours and we will discuss what to do next. Of course, you would receive
a full refund. I have been sending and receiving packages from the
States without any problems, so I do not expect anything to get lost,
but without insurance, I am unwilling to mail directly to you from
Mexico.
I believe this is the smartest and safest way to ship to you.

Item availability and pricing
My creations are one of a kind and I will update my website as soon as
possible to let you know when an item has been sold.
If you should order a piece that has sold, I will email you to let you
know,
but hopefully we can work together to create a similar item.
Custom designs
I welcome your special requests!
We will talk about your style and what
materials you are interested in. I require a non-refundable 50% deposit
on all custom designs and all sales are final.
