"Buy" button.
Follow the directions and fill in all of the required items.
After submitting your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation
that will Include your information and my contact information for any questions or
concerns you may have.

I live in Mexico and I have spent a great deal of time trying to decide
what shipping and payment methods will be best for my customers.
I accept paypal only.
Items will be shipped once payment has been received.
Shipping
I am now offering free shipping to anywhere in the world.
I have researched my best shipping options to guarantee that you receive
your merchandise.
I ship my orders to my sister's shop in Decatur, Texas (Katt'z Cottage).
From Decatur, my sister ships for me worldwide. I have chosen to ship
this way because I cannot offer delivery confirmation from Mexico using
the Mexican Postal System. Once your item arrives in Texas, merchandise
is trackable. Items are shipped in pretty ribbon wrapped gift boxes that
are carefully enclosed in a bubble wrapped envelope. Total shipping from
Mexico to you may take up to 2 weeks.
Please note: I am not responsible for any customs fees incurred from
shipping internationally. (There are no fees coming out of Mexico)
If the item does not reach you, the loss is mine, it is not yours and we
will discuss what to do next. Of course, you would receive a full
refund. I have been sending and receiving packages worldwide without any
problems, so I do not expect anything to get lost.
I believe this is the smartest and safest way to ship to you.

Also, please note that I do not increase my prices to cover shipping. I
charge a price for each item that I think it is worth and what I would

My creations are one of a kind and I will update my website as soon as
possible to let you know when an item has been sold.
If you should order a piece that has sold, I will email you to let you
know,
but hopefully we can work together to create a similar item.
Custom designs
I welcome your special requests!
We will talk about your style and what
materials you are interested in. I require a non-refundable 50% deposit
on all custom designs and all sales are final.

return policy
I gladly accept returns for credit or refund. Any return must be made
within 12 days of the date of shipment from Texas.
Please contact me first.
You will pay the shipping and confirmation (and any necessary
custom taxes) costs to return any item to Texas. If you are making an
exchange, you will then pay the shipping costs again (back to you).
Items to be returned or exchanged must be mailed within one week. They
must be in their original condition. You only need to contact me so we
can work out arrangements.
Now that I am in Mexico, it takes a little more creativity and ingenuity
to get policies set up so that you receive your merchandise as soon as
possible.
